I will send a deposit of £100 per week which will be returned within 2 weeks once the house has been checked at the end of my holiday. I agree to remit the balance in full not later than 8 weeks before the commencement date of my holiday.

I have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions on behalf of ALL my party who will be residing in the property on whose behalf I am duly authorised to make this agreement. I am over 18 years of age.

NOTES

• Lettings are provisional until confirmed in writing by the owners.
• Lettings are from Saturday (after 4pm) to Saturday (before 10am).
• Please make cheques payable to LOUISE GREGORY.
• Prices for letting are as set out in the accompanying price list. Some electricity is included in price, amount of units included in the prices varies on the time of year. Details can be found with the prices on the accompanying page.
• The house telephone can be used to make local calls and relies on an "honesty box" principle.
• An additional charge will be made for logs.
• Where additional charges arise, these should be paid before leaving the property to the caretaker.
• Cancellations must be notified immediately by telephoning 01953 488112/ 07798572 485 (owners) or 00 332 3162 8425 (caretaker) followed by confirmation in writing. The deposit of £100 will be withheld. The hirer is liable for the rent if written confirmation is not received.
